Food trucks of all kinds have been popping up all over the city. I've never really eaten at too many of them really ( OK, just once), but I can see the appeal. Cheap, gourmet, easy food. We were running a bunch of errands today and ran into an amazingly eye catching truck with delicious goodies, The
Chairman Bao Bun Truck.

We had the Bun Meal with 2 buns and a drink. So we ordered 4 out of the 5 buns available. All with steamed buns as opposed to baked.
Pork belly; roast duck confit.

Red sesame chicken; pulled pork

We had the lychee and ginger drink (so ymmuy) + mango and matcha green tea ( a little weird). All were surprisingly finger licking good for a total of $19. Every item was about $3, tad bit over priced, but I'll definitely go back again.
This whole experience and last weekend's street food festival gave us another business idea...

Wow! That's a pretty impressive graphic and kept very much with Mao propaganda posters. Very nice! And lychee ginger sounds like a yumbos combination.
