Happy July 4th at the Alameda Antiques Flea Market

No BBQ for July 4th this year! Instead, we checked out the largest antiques and collectibles flea market in NorCal at Alameda today. And boy did we have a rewarding day! Uncle Dominic's family and Grandpa joined us on today's treasure hunt.

We found the botanical prints we've been looking for to hang in the tunnel entrance along the stairs, the mirror to hang above the mantel, a cute little cup and saucer set, and another little froggy for the tunnel entrance.

The place was filled with great inspirations and great pieces, but the prices are all jacked up pretty high.

This vendor had a bunch of seating upholstered in burlap. Nice rustic and simple twist on the more formal furnitures.

This is a cute little green house constructed with old windows.

An evil looking giant Gnome.

I think we might have to make this a yearly tradition! Can't wait to see what we can find next year!!
